is a free hat tournament for girls in grades 8-12. Girls will be coached
by players from elite club teams Seattle Riot and Seattle Underground, and
college team UW Element. <o:p></o:p></p>

<p class=MsoNormal>This tournament was made possible by a grant from the
Women's Sports Foundation's GoGirlGo! program and kicks off several months of exciting
girls' Ultimate and leadership programming. <o:p></o:p></p>

<p class=MsoNormal>We welcome girls of all skill and experience levels to this
fun tournament! <o:p></o:p></p>

Thanksgiving tradition that gives Ultimate players the opportunity to run off
some of those second and third helpings of stuffing while giving something to
charity. Donations go to NW Harvest, an organization focused on helping
disadvantaged families with a basic necessity: food.<o:p></o:p></p>

is at 8am at the fields - you must register online before the event. The first
game will start at 9am. Each team will play 4 games, and we'll be done before

<p class=MsoNormal style='margin-left:.5in'>Hosted by the Northwest Ultimate
Disc Association (<a href="http://www.discnw.org/">DiscNW</a>), the 2011 USA
Ultimate High School Western Championships will take place in Corvallis, Ore.,
May 14-15. The Crystal Lake Sports Complex will host the two-day
competition, which features the best high school Ultimate teams west of the
Mississippi River.<o:p></o:p></p>
