Registration for Spring Youth Events Now Open

High School Single Gender Spring League -

March 5 - May 14. Weekday afternoon/evenings in the Seattle area.
Registration closes 1/21 for varsity and 3/3 for JV.

 

High School Coed Spring League -

Middle School Coed Spring League -

Winter Team League Registration Deadline Is Monday

Winter league offers a chance for established teams to get together and
scrimmage during the colder months. The league provides an opportunity for
teams to keep exercising in winter and to tune-up their games for spring.

 

Team registration and payment must be submitted by December 20th in order to
participate.

 

 

Winter Pickup 2011

 

DiscNW sponsored pickup returns in January!  

 

Weekend games will vary a bit due to field availability and because we want
to avoid conflicts with Winter League when possible.  January weekend pickup
will take place at Lower Woodland #2

synthetic field that has ultimate field markings: 

*	1/2: 1-4pm 
*	1/9: 4:30-7:30pm 
*	1/16: 4:30-7:30pm 
*	1/23: 3-6pm 
*	1/30: 4:30-7:30pm 

 

February weekend pickup will be on Saturdays at Lower Woodland #2 from
9am-12noon.

 

Weeknight games will be on Wednesday evenings from 7:45-10:45pm on Magnuson
7 from January 5 - March 2. 

 

 

South End Holiday Pickup and Food Drive

 

The South End Ultimate players have had a Christmas/holiday game for 30
years. This will be their first year combining it with a food drive inspired
by North End Ultimate friends who have been doing it for years.

 

3:00 - 5:00 pm - Thursday, December 23
Starfire Sports Complex (aka Fort Dent), Tukwila - Field #2



Bring $5 for field cost plus food items. The food drive will support the
Tukwila Food Bank.

 

Please bring a bag, or a bunch of bags, of non perishable food items and/or
cash donations for the TUKWILA PANTRY (Food Bank). Money donations are even
better since the food bank can buy what they need in bulk. $50 buys 500
meals. If you write a check, payable to Tukwila Pantry, the food bank will
send you a receipt for tax purposes.

Tacoma Winter Indoor League Registration Is Open

Tacoma indoor ultimate league run in conjunction with Tacoma Metro Parks.
Teams will be drafted in January, and you will be e-mailed after the draft
letting you know which team/color you are.  Games will be on Wednesdays from
mid-January to mid-March.  Expect 9 games with a possible playoff at the end
of the season.
