1. SPRING ADULT EVENTS

**Spring Team League** http://www.discnw.org/events/Spring.html

Spring team league registration is OPEN! Spring team league provides a venue
for coed teams at all levels to play in a competitive league. Different
pools divide the league based on self-evaluated ability, so whether you are
one of the most skilled teams in town or a new player, you can experience
competitive games at your level of play. Play starts Sunday, March 13.

**Verns Hat League** http://www.discnw.org/events/Verns.html

Verns League opens TODAY! Verns League is a TEACHING LEAGUE for beginners
and intermediate-level players. NO EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED; just bring your
enthusiasm, humor, wit, and interest in chasing plastic. It's a great way to
learn ultimate, improve your skills, and meet new people.

Experienced players captain teams and pass on their knowledge and love of
the game. Never captained before? No problem. Let us know you're interested
and we'll pair you with a "veteran captain" to mentor you.

The season begins after we spring ahead to daylight savings time (Vernal
Equinox) and runs for 10 weeks including playoffs.

**Slog in the Bog** http://www.discnw.org/events/SlogInTheBog.html

SAVE THE DATE: Saturday, March 12. Known for its fabulous spread of food and
drink as well as uncertain weather (Snow? Rain? Sleet? Sun?) the tournament
is a chance for your team to shake off the cobwebs and get ready for spring
league.
