Upcoming Opportunities to Support DiscNW

Dear Friends of DiscNW,

Today, there are two upcoming opportunities to support DiscNW:

1. ATTEND THIS SATURDAY'S FALL BID DINNER AUCTION

This Saturday's Fall Bid is sure to be an evening of great food, drinks,
company, and entertainment.  Not only that, but the dinner auction will
benefit our Youth Development Fund, which finances youth activities and
initiatives designed to promote the sport of Ultimate and support the
participation of underserved populations in the sport.  I have attached an

If you are interested in supporting the event but cannot attend, please
consider a tax-deductible donation; make checks payable to DiscNW, write
"Youth Development Fund" in the memo line, and mail to DiscNW at PO Box
85112, Seattle, WA 98145.

2. CONSIDER COACHING, COORDINATING, OR MONITORING FIELDS FOR SPRING YOUTH
LEAGUES

Seattle youth leagues start up in mid-March, and planning begins in
December for DiscNW and the schools involved.  There will likely be several
elementary, middle, and high school coach openings announced this winter,
and DiscNW will need coordinators and field monitors for our elementary,
middle, and high school leagues.  If you're interested in supporting youth
Ultimate in any capacity this spring, please email me at
youth.director at discnw.org, and I can share more details about the positions
available.

For those of you in Tacoma, we are seeking coaches for the after-school
middle school SPARX program and for the late high school and middle school
spring league.
