1. All Girl Everything Ultimate Program

The All Girl Everything Ultimate Program (AGE-UP) is a unique new program
combining ultimate frisbee clinics with a series of leadership workshops
using the award-winning Women's Sports Foundation's GoGirlGo! curriculum,
which focuses on issues that many young women may face (see
http://www.womenssportsfoundation.org/GoGirlGo/Curriculum.aspx).

AGE-UP is *free* and begins in late November. Through January, girls in the
program will participate in weekly 2.5 hour workshops, with 60 minutes
devoted to the GoGirlGo! curriculum, and 90 minutes to learning ultimate
frisbee with adult athletes from the top Seattle women's Ultimate
teams (Seattle Riot, Seattle Underground, and University of Washington
Element). In February and March, the girls will practice the leadership and
ultimate frisbee skills they have learned by coaching 5 elementary and
middle school girls' clinics. In both April and May, the girls will attend
a retreat with their AGE-UP peers, where they'll play and learn more
Ultimate and reflect on their spring experiences. Finally, in June, the
girls, their families, and their program mentors will gather to
celebrate their AGE-UP graduation.

Applications are due on November 13. To learn more and to apply, visit
