Hello, Youth Ultimate Enthusiasts!

I have 6 pieces of youth ultimate news for you today!  Plus, I've added a
bonus "Summary" item with important upcoming dates since there are so
many.  You know it's officially the spring youth ultimate season when you
need a summary of important dates!

1. SEATTLE YOUTH ULTIMATE CAMPS

Registration for our Seattle Youth Ultimate Camps is now open!  We offer
three camp sessions available to 8-9 year olds, 10-11 year olds, 12-13 year
olds, and high schoolers.
Session 1: Monday June 16- Friday June 20
Session 2: Monday June 23- Friday June 27
Session 3: Monday August 18- Friday August 22

Each session is $275. Campers enrolled in all three sessions can receive a
$125 discount for the summer. Financial Aid is available for campers.

2. GIRLS' CLUB MINI TOURNAMENT/CLINIC - 24 HOUR REGISTRATION MARATHON

DiscNW has initiated a 24-hour registration marathon for its Girls' Mini
Tournament/Clinic this Saturday. While registrations will be accepted
later, we strongly encourage registering before 2pm on Thursday, so that we
can confirm that there will be enough interested girls to support the event.

For only $5, you can get a full afternoon and evening of pre-season
training and fun with girls from all over Seattle and women from Seattle
Riot, Seattle Underground, Western Washington Chaos, and UW Element.

This event for girls in grades 9-12 will take place at the Georgetown
Playfield (750 S. Homer St.) on Saturday, March 8, from 2-8:30pm. Players
may register as a free agent, as a pod (2-5 players), or as a full team (6
or more players). Registration closes at noon on March 7.

3. BOYS' CLUB LEAGUE

This league for boys in grades 9-12 accepts individual, pod, and full team
registrations. Registration, fee dues and paperwork are due by March 16.
Financial aid applications are due by March 12.  Games will take place on
Friday evenings from March 21 through May 16, between 5pm and 8:30pm, at

4. SPRING REIGN REGISTRATION DEADLINE

Spring Reign is the largest coed youth ultimate tournament in the world,
with age divisions for elementary school (grades 3-5), middle school
(grades 6-8), and high school (grades 9-12) teams. The tournament will be
held April 26-27 at Skagit River Park in Burlington, WA. Registration will
remain open until Wednesday, March 12.  To register or learn more about the

5. DiscNW HIRING SUMMER CLUB COACHES

DiscNW is now accepting applications for summer club coaching positions.
The same set of 10 total coaches will coach both the traveling Youth Club
Championship (YCC) teams and the local Youth Club League. Additional Tryout
Aides and League Substitute Coaches will also be selected from the pool of
candidates who complete the application.  To be considered, you must follow
